Welcome to the OIRE Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please complete all sections of this Data Request Form. Upon completion, please click the Submit button located at the bottom of this page. A staff member from the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness will contact you as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your request.

The timeline for completion of requests is two weeks.
